Presenter – John Colarossi
John Colarossi is the Founder and President of National Management Advisors. Throughout his successful career he has orchestrated turnarounds of struggling companies by helping them rethink their current strategy in light of today’s changing markets and develop their management team to implement their new strategy. He helps them assess their management team and systems to then lead them through a complete analysis of their value proposition, how they are positioned within their industry’s value stream, and what key factors are influencing their profitability. The end result is repositioning them to better identify their target markets, positively impact those profitability factors, and ultimately maximize margins and profits. This process involves a complete assessment of process, personnel, and performance; enforcing principles of lean thinking and Six Sigma to ensure reduced wasted and better quality products or service; and developing and managing the right metrics required to meet and exceed established targets. John has also developed and leads a web-based management training company focused on the needs of small businesses in developing their management teams.
