She was lucky to end up working for a great manager who became her mentor and coach so she could be successful first with a small team and then with greater and greater responsibilities and leadership positions. She has worked with managers on four continents to improve their ability to lead their teams effectively. She has developed basic management and leadership instruction as part of her educational programs for clients around the world, the American Management Association, Management Centre Europe, and others. Rebecca works with companies who want to build an engaged workforce to accomplish their bottom-line goals. She is the author of several books on strategic planning and leadership and holds a Ph.D. in organizational development and psychology.
